Who we are

Beats & Blades is a barbershop at Hadži-Đerina 11, Belgrade, Serbia. The shop is responsible for the personal data described on this page, under Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection.

What we collect

When you book: your name, email address, phone number, the services and time you chose, and any note you add.

If you create an account: your email address and your booking history.

If you write to us through the site: your name, your contact details and your message.

We do not take card details. Payment is made at the shop.

Why we use it

To make, confirm, change and cancel your appointment, and to send you the confirmation and reminder emails for it.

To let you sign in with a one-time code and see your own bookings.

To keep the shop's own records of appointments and earnings.

How long we keep it

Your account and details are kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete them. Past appointments stay in the shop's records for as long as the law requires business records to be kept.

Resend delivers our emails.

Netlify hosts the website.

Google provides the map, sign-in with Google if you choose it, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
